Buying software from another country is a fair thing to be careful about.
We work with clients well outside Pakistan, and the questions are always the same: who am I actually contracting with, what currency am I paying in, and will anyone be awake when I need them. Here are the answers.
You contract with an entity in your region
Onpoint XS is registered in Pakistan and the UAE, with a US entity being established. Which one you sign with follows where you are: Gulf clients contract through the UAE entity, US clients through the US entity once it is established, and everyone else through Pakistan. That means a local contract, local invoicing and a familiar legal footing — not a cross-border arrangement you have to get approved internally.
We quote in your currency
We quote in PKR, AED or USD, and you are invoiced in the currency of the entity you contract with. You are not absorbing conversion spread, explaining an unfamiliar currency to your finance team, or reconciling an amount that never matches what left your account.
Calls happen inside your working day
Our team works from Lahore, which sits close to Gulf business hours and well ahead of the Americas. We schedule calls inside your working day rather than ours — early mornings and evenings our time, where that is what it takes. Day-to-day progress does not wait on a call: you get written updates you can read when your day starts.
The people you speak to are the people who build it
There is no account layer between you and the engineers. The team that scopes your project is the team that writes the code and supports it afterwards. For work this specific, that matters more than headcount — nothing is lost being relayed through someone who was not in the original conversation.
Being straight about where we are
Our engineering team is in Lahore. All of it. The UAE and US entities exist so you can contract and pay locally — they are not staffed offices, and we are not going to describe them as though they were.
We would rather you knew that from a web page than discovered it three months in. If working with a single co-located team is a problem for your organisation, better that we both find out now.
